Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A $50 deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • This deposit will be applied toward the final balance due on the day of service.

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of service via cash, e-transfer, or credit card.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will have the deposit fully transferred to a future rescheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided it is done more than 24 hours in advance.

3. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that GTA Condo Cleaners has access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

  • If access is not provided, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Quality Assurance & Satisfaction

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

  • If you are unsatisfied with any area of service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not provided once the cleaning service is completed.

5. Damages & Liability

  • GTA Condo Cleaners is fully insured and exercises reasonable care when cleaning your home.

  • In the rare event of accidental damage, clients must report it within 24 hours of service for review and resolution.

  • We are not liable for existing damage, or items that break due to wear and tear, improper installation, or defects.

6. Client Preparation

  • Clients are requested to remove valuables, fragile items, and important documents prior to the service.

  • Our team does not move heavy furniture or large appliances, unless previously arranged and agreed upon.

7. Service Limitations

  • We do not offer services involving mold remediation, severe pest infestations, or hazardous materials.

  • Deep cleaning in extreme conditions may incur additional charges or may be declined at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

  • GTA Condo Cleaners respects and protects your privacy.

  • We do not share or sell client information.

  • All information collected is used solely for booking, service delivery, and client communication.
